Social Media That Sounds Like Your Brand, Not A Scheduling Tool.

Most agencies fill a calendar. We build a feed that looks like it belongs to a real business — original photography and video, a voice that stays consistent, and replies that actually go out the same day.

What You Get

A Feed With A Point, Not Just A Pulse.

Posting consistently is the easy part. The work is deciding what the account is supposed to achieve, making content good enough to earn attention, and staying in the comments once it lands.

Strategy And A Real Content Calendar

Every month is planned against something — a launch, a season, a service you want more of — and approved before anything goes out.

  • Audience, positioning and pillar planning
  • Monthly calendar you review and approve
  • Captions, hashtags and links written for you

Original Content, Not Recycled Stock

We shoot it. Photo and video days feed the calendar, so the feed shows your team, your product and your premises instead of a stock library everyone else is using.

  • In-house photo and video production
  • Vertical-first Reels and Stories
  • Branded graphics, captions and motion

Community Management And Reporting

Comments, DMs and reviews get answered in your voice, on a schedule — and you get a plain-English report on what moved, not a wall of vanity metrics.

  • Daily comment and message monitoring
  • Review responses handled for you
  • Monthly report and strategy call
Platforms

Every Platform Gets Its Own Treatment.

We manage four platforms properly rather than eight badly. The same post pushed everywhere is why most business accounts feel lifeless, so each one gets content cut for how people actually use it.

Instagram

The core of most local brands. Reels for reach, carousels for saves, Stories for the day to day, and a grid that still looks intentional when someone lands on the profile.

  • Reels, carousels, Stories and highlights
  • Bio, link and contact-action setup

Facebook

Still where the enquiries come from for most local businesses. Page kept current, posts written for an audience that scrolls differently, and reviews answered as they land.

  • Page posts, Reels and community updates
  • Review responses and message handling

LinkedIn

For B2B, professional services and hiring. Company page plus founder or team profiles, with content that reads like a person wrote it.

  • Company page and personal profile content
  • Case studies, hiring and thought leadership

Google Business Profile

The profile that decides whether you show up in the map pack. Posts, photos and services kept current, and every review answered — which is what actually moves local ranking.

  • Weekly posts, photos and service updates
  • Review responses and Q&A management

Included Every Month

Everything In One Retainer, No Add-On Menu.

Content, community and reporting are one service, not three line items. If it takes a shoot day, a graphic or an hour in the comments to make the month work, that is what it takes.

  • Monthly content calendar you review before anything posts
  • Original photo and video shot by our own crew
  • Caption and copywriting in your brand voice
  • Branded graphics and motion templates
  • Vertical-first editing for Reels and Stories
  • Hashtag and keyword research per platform
  • Scheduling and publishing at researched posting windows
  • Comment, DM and review responses handled daily
  • Profile optimization — bio, links and contact actions
  • Google Business Profile posts kept current
  • Monthly performance report in plain English
  • Strategy call every month with the person doing the work
Capability

One Team For Content, Community And Spend.

Social only compounds when the content, the replies and the paid budget are handled by people who talk to each other — which is easier when it is one team.

Content

Production Built Into The Retainer

Shoot days are part of the service, not a separate invoice. That is what keeps original content flowing instead of the calendar quietly filling with stock.

Community

Replies In Your Voice, Same Day

Comments, DMs and reviews monitored daily, with escalation rules agreed up front so nothing sensitive gets answered without you.

Amplification

Paid Support When A Post Deserves It

When something organic performs, we can put budget behind it through the same ad accounts we already manage — no handoff, no waiting.

Measurement

Tracked Past The Like Count

Profile visits, link clicks, saves, DMs and the traffic social actually sends to the site — reported against what the account was set up to do.

Why KRMA

Why Brands Hand Us The Login.

Social is the one channel where the difference between an agency that produces and an agency that schedules is visible to your customers every single day.

We Make The Content, Not Just Post It

Photography, video and design happen in-house. Most social agencies quietly need you to supply the content — which is why most business feeds run dry by month three.

Your Accounts Stay Yours

You own every profile, page and asset. If we ever part ways you keep the accounts, the content library and the templates — no hostage situation.

One Voice Across Every Channel

The same team writes the website, the ads and the captions, so the brand sounds like one business instead of three freelancers with different instincts.

You Talk To The People Doing It

No account manager relaying messages to a production team you never meet. The monthly call is with whoever is actually shooting, editing and posting.

Who We Post For

Industry Experience And Local Knowledge.

A dental practice, a restaurant and a law firm need three different feeds — different content, different rules and very different comment sections.

Questions

Social Media FAQs.

How much does social media management cost?

It depends on how many platforms you want managed, how much original content the month needs and whether community management is included. A single-platform retainer with monthly content sits at the lower end; multi-platform with regular shoot days sits higher. Everything is quoted as one monthly figure in writing, with no add-on menu.

Do I have to supply the photos and videos?

No — that is the part most agencies leave to you. Content production is built into the retainer, so our own crew shoots the photography and video that fills the calendar. If you have existing assets we will use them too, but the account does not depend on it.

Do I approve posts before they go out?

Always. You get the monthly calendar with captions and creative before anything is scheduled, and you can change or remove anything on it. Once a month is approved we handle the rest, including reactive posts if something time-sensitive comes up.

How many times a week should we be posting?

Consistency beats volume. For most local businesses three to five posts a week across the main platform, plus Stories, is the level where growth becomes reliable without the content getting thin. We would rather post four good things than ten filler ones.

Who owns the accounts and the content?

You do, on both counts. We work inside your profiles rather than creating agency-owned ones, and every photo, video and graphic we produce is yours with full commercial usage rights. If we stop working together you keep everything.

Do you handle comments, DMs and reviews?

Yes. Comments and messages are monitored daily and answered in your voice, and Google and Facebook reviews are responded to as part of the service. We agree escalation rules up front so anything clinical, legal or contentious comes to you first.

How long before we see results?

Content quality and consistency usually show in engagement within the first month or two. Meaningful follower and enquiry growth typically takes three to six months of steady posting. Anyone promising viral growth in week two is selling something else.

Can you run paid social as well as organic?

Yes, and it works better together. We manage Meta and LinkedIn ad accounts alongside the organic calendar, so a post that performs organically can have budget behind it the same week. Paid media is covered on our paid ads page.
