How much does a website cost?
It depends on page count, functionality and whether we are shooting new photography or video.
A focused service-business site sits at the lower end; multi-location, e-commerce and
integration-heavy builds sit higher. We scope and quote in writing before anything starts, so
the number does not move once we are underway.
How long does a website take to build?
It depends entirely on size. A focused one-page or small business site can be live in as
little as 48 hours. Most multi-page builds land in the one to two week range, and larger
sites — e-commerce, custom functionality, or anything needing a photo or video shoot
— run longer than that. The two things that actually move the date are how quickly
content and approvals come back, and how many rounds of edits you want along the way. You
get an honest timeline in writing before you commit, not after.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. We build on platforms you can edit, then hand over admin training and a recorded
walkthrough of your own site. If you would rather we handle updates, our care plans cover
content changes, plugin updates, backups and security monitoring.
Will a redesign hurt my current Google rankings?
Not when it is done properly. Before launch we audit your existing pages, keep the URLs and
content that are earning traffic, and map redirects for anything that changes. Rankings
usually improve after a rebuild because the new site is faster and better structured.
Do you write the content and take the photos?
We can do both. Copy direction is part of the design process, and our in-house photo and video
team shoots the imagery the layout was designed around. If you already have brand assets and
copy, we will use them — and tell you honestly where they are letting the site down.
Is the site optimized for search and mobile?
Every build ships with on-page SEO in place — heading structure, titles, meta, schema,
internal linking, sitemaps and Search Console connected — and is designed mobile-first,
then tested on real iOS and Android devices before it goes live.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of post-launch support is included as standard, so anything that surfaces in the
first month gets fixed. After that, most clients move onto a care plan for hosting, updates,
monitoring and ongoing page work — handled by the same team that built the site.
Do you work with businesses outside of Florida?
Yes. We are based in St. Augustine and work across Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra and North Florida,
but a large share of our clients are national. The process runs the same remotely; only a
photo or video shoot needs us in the room.
